I worked in this detention facility around the year 2005. While working there we were not authorized to raise our voices at the detainees, let alone cause stress by making "loud noises". The detainees were served three hot Halal (in accordance with the standards of their faith) meals every day which were cooked to Army standards. The detainees were permitted recreation time outside on a regular basis. During the winter months the detainees were issued Carhart jackets to ensure that they were not cold. The detainees were never subject to incelement weather against their will. There were never any animals in or around this facility for the extent of my twelve month employment there. I witnessed countless interrogations and not a single one consisted of physical abuse, stress positions, sleep deprevation, or threatening with any kind of weapon. These detainees were provided education by two local college professors from the region(s) surrounding Bagram.
